Senior Software Development Engineer

POSITION OVERVIEW

Your role will consist in:

· Producing specifications and writing the program codes

· Working closely with analysts, designers and test engineers

· Developing resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity

· Reviewing current systems, presenting ideas for system improvements, including refactoring, optimization and cost proposals

· Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live

· You will have the opportunity to work in a young team, eager to learn, experience and become stronger.

Qualifications 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· technical experience of 3-5 years in software development

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Information Technologies

· C++ experience

· object-oriented skills

· knowledge of design patterns, software quality metrics and static code analyzer

· languages: English (read, write, speak)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· C++11, Boost

· experience in black-box testing and white-box testing for state machines

· experience with large systems software design and development

· understanding Agile development methodologies: test driven development, continuous integration, code coverage, code analysis
