Account Executive - French Language - Timisoara office

To complete our Sales team based in Timisoara and support our growth in Europe, we are looking for an Account Executive.
This role is for a determined period of time of 1 year with the possibility of extension afterwards.

Your abilities need to be:
• Advanced French speaker with good level of English;
• Bachelor's degree preferred;
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in a business environment;
• Knowledge of and/or interest in the online research market;
• Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving, organization skills, strong communication ability;
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop quick rapport in a team setting and establish solid credibility with clients, vendors and cross-functional teams;
• Proficiency in computer tools, such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

The Account Executive's primary role is to support outbound sales personnel in our Timisoara Office, servicing Toluna`s French clients.

As an Account Executive you will take over responsibility of supporting sales staff by managing multiple online assignments for marketing research and consulting clients by establishing a relationship with them, and becoming an expert in understanding their research needs.

Your main tasks will be to:
• Supporting bidding process assessing projects feasibility;
• Development relationship with existing clients, using French language daily;
• Work across sales people providing sales support;
• Uncover new business opportunities;
• Provide smooth transition to Client Services on projects sold;
• Educating potential clients about online marketing research and Toluna;
• Keeping a pulse of the progress of projects and follow up with clients in an effort to develop ongoing relationships and repeat business.
