ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Emerson )

Description

Offers administrative support to the Customer Support Center Cluj Group (400 employees) in Cluj and to its stakeholders (250 stakeholders).
 
Responsibilities

Prepare start of new employees (order IT hardware & software, office supplies and desk phones, request access to servers, etc.)
Manage desk need for new employees and keep overview up to date
Manage office supplies for the group and health and safety records
Manage travel phones and travel equipment
Manage the postal activity of the group in relation with couriers
Support the leaders in the group with the creation of reports and presentations
Organize and support events internally for the group stakeholders and group members
Arrange logistics for specific visitors (hotel, transportation, catering)
Organize the implementation of the administrative procedures across the group
Follow up on administrative requests from Romania Shared Services and Cluj Campus
Act as back-up for the Management Assistant
Any other requests related to day to day activity. 
 
Requirements

University degree
2+ year experience in an similar administrative role within a  multinational environment
Languages: English–advanced level as mandatory, other language as advantage
PC skills: MsOffice- profficient, Internet, Outlook.
