    Requirements

    Minimum 3 years’ experience in reporting and computer systems as team leader
    Experience in reporting BI activity
    Education: University studies preferably in Informatics
    Foreign languages: English intermediate/advance, French advance

    Responsibilities

    Extract and optimize reports with BO, OBI, SAS (achievement, support and maintenance of external and internal periodical and ad hoc reports for different poles and entities of the group)
    Services related to office applications Excel, Access, VBA (development, maintenance and optimization of applications used for the perimeter of the France operational applications, support for the dedicated operating teams from France)
    Development of tactical tools for the HR industry using SQL, C#, .NET
    Permanent monitoring to manage the quality of the services provided and the customer relationship
    Monitor the performance of the team and ensure that the defined objectives SLAs are met
    Support the implementation of action to improve, in accordance with the needs of the business
    Manage in an effective way the relationship with clients and their expectations, in its area of responsibility
    Participate in defining, monitoring and improving SLAs
    Team development
    Provide leadership and support the development of employee’s that coordinates
    Ensure that the team has adequate equipment to accomplish its function and responsibilities
    Lead subordinates during their professional development
    Ability to provide analysis and synthesis, written documents
    Capacity to quickly assimilate new knowledge
    Concern for accuracy and quality
