INTERNSHIP, LOGGER WITH GERMAN - 9 MONTHS ( Emerson )

Responsibilities

• Process all enquiries received at the country sales desk, depending on business unit.
• Ensure that enquiries are handled in a timely manner.
• Log relevant enquiry onto the Emerson CRM system.
• Apply for customer addresses if they do not exist in CRM.
• Obtain Emerson internal number from the relevant business system depending on business unit – Fisher First or Symphony.
• Acknowledge customer via E-mail to provide the Emerson reference and the relevant team to contact, should they need to chase or discuss the enquiry.
• Flexibility, depending on urgent enquiries received at the German sales desk.

• University Degree in a relevant field/ students in final year of Bachelor
• English - Upper-Intermediate – minimum
• German – Upper- intermediate
• Competencies: customer focus, drive for results, planning and organizing, integrity and trust
• Computer skills: proficient in working with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience within an internship program would be an advantage
• Previous experience in working with various DataBases, ERP Tools (Opera, JDE, Oracle, SAP) would be considered and advantage.
