    Responsibilities

    • Takes the responsibility for the proper running of application systems( Field Sevice Management aplication)
    • Assists the business/specialist department in the analysis and documentation of business processes
    • Successfully resolves user – related support tickets
    • Recommends improvements of the system
    • Participates in projects
    • Actively build up customer relationships
    Qualifications
    • University degree in Information Technology or similar
    • Database knowledge( Oracle, SQL)
    • Sistem administration knowledge(Linux)
    • Networking principles
    • Analytical and conceptual skills
    • Results and process-oriented
    • Willing to undertake business travel
    • Knowledge of English
