    You’ll be part of the General Accounting department and lead the Banking & Payment Team for our German, Swedish and Italian markets with 9 team members. The team executes payments, performs bank accounting, plans liquidity, and administrates the contractual framework with E.ON’s banks.

    To deliver high quality results in these sensitive processes you bring a high degree of reliability and integrity with you. With proactivity and a high self-motivation you’ll shape the banking and payment processes and collaborate with your colleagues from treasury and accounting departments in the E.ON Group.

    Qualifications

    • University degree in accounting, economics, business administration or similar.
    • Strong accounting and treasury background, a professional financial certification is of advantage (e.g. CPA, CIMA).
    • Significant professional experience gained in the general ledger accounting or in the banking sector in a similar international and fast moving business environment.
    • Experience in a shared service center preferred.
    • First line experience in leading teams and managing international projects.
    • Proactive and highly motivated personality with willingness to actively contribute to the new set-up of finance processes within a highly motivated team.
    • Exceptional communication, personal impact and relationship building skills with the ability to deal effectively and confidently with individuals at all levels of the business. Strong customer service orientation.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English. German, Swedish or Italian is of advantage.
