    (SENIOR) OPERATIONS MANAGER

    We are looking for qualified professionals, with minimum 7+ years of experience, strong people leadership skills, proven record of customer management and previous exposure to BPO/SSC environment.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Coordinating a team of 40+ employees and team leaders, from both operational and people management perspectives
    • Driving operational excellence, strategizing and implementing complex initiatives to enable high quality delivery and performance
    • In-depth client business understanding and relationship management, building strong partnerships and enhancing customer satisfaction
    • Budget planning, management and reporting
