    TEAM LEADER
     

    We are looking for professionals with 4+ years of experience, with relevant background in Procurement  and proven team management skills.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Team management – performance, productivity, KPIs in line with the contractual agreements (MSA, SOW)
    • People development - training, coaching and career development opportunities
    • Customer management – business acumen, operational delivery performance reporting & proactive issue resolution
    • Identifying and driving process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs
    • Share learnings and best practices across the organization
