- Proven working experience in enterprise technical support
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and Unix/Linux systems, utilities and scripting
- Knowledge about virtual machines, VPN, remote connections
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Very good client-facing skills
- Fluent in English, writing and speaking
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of SQL
- Previous experience with Oracle products
- Remotely install and configure Oracle Primavera Suite to our clients
- Provide advanced troubleshooting assistance
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Act as a gateway between the customer and the implementations manager.
