    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 3+ years experience working in a social & digital media role.
    • Excellent English written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
    • Proficient in content marketing best practices and application.
    • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and mechanism.
    • Experience in paving the way for adoption of social selling within organizations.
    • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
    • Project management experience. Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
    • Professional with strong planning skills. Motivation to continuously expand personal professional knowledge.
    • Aptitude for, or experience in, the IT business. Ability to make the link between customer needs and OU solutions.
    • Experience with social management and analytics tools.
    • Ability to understand and analyse the industry and market. Proactive, creative and innovative thinker.
    • Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment.
    • Graphic design and editing skills are a plus.
    • Comfortable working in a remote team.

    Responsabilitati

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns that help driving awareness and lead generation.
    • Write effective copy, ensure visual content is available, schedule and publish to Oracle University’s social accounts.
    • Identify opportunities for influencers within Oracle University to create content and engage on social media platforms.
    • Increase Oracle University’s social exposure by cross promoting content with other Oracle LOBs.
    • Continuously improve performance by capturing and analysing the appropriate social metrics and insights.
    • Compile weekly/monthly/quarterly report for stakeholders and management team to showcase results.
    • Monitor the Oracle University brand social media accounts and facilitate the creation of relationships by engaging with the followers, seeding discussions and moderating user-generated content.
    • Support the Oracle University both Sales and Partner organization with content to help spread the awareness.
    • Responsibilities also include: developing blog articles and other content formats based on topics relevant to the company and industry, educating and encouraging adoption of social media across Oracle University teams, performing competitive researches and monitoring the social space.

    PURPOSE:
    The primary role of the Global Social Media Communications Manager is to enhance Oracle University’s online footprint by strategically planning, developing and distributing content across different social media platforms. This position requires both strategic and tactical work. The strategic aspect will involve cooperating with all product, marketing and customer service teams across regions at Oracle University, and also with the Corporate Social Media teams to ensure that all social activities are in alignment with the current business goals and initiatives. Tactically, the position will involve maintaining the editorial calendar, driving community engagement, providing social selling support, measuring the impact of social media and also experimenting with alternative ways to leverage social activities. Driving social media into the heart of the entire Oracle University organization will be another key tactic. This is an opportunity to get a wide range of business experience within Oracle.
