- University education
- Lean Enterprise principles and methods, team development and team leadership techniques, and project management methods.
- Possesses team leadership, problem analysis and solving, and process improvement skills and consults with management providing expertise in process improvement techniques to achieve corporate objectives within the costs allowable.
- Relevant experience in production processes/ logistics
- Advanced knowledge of PC (MS Office, Lotus Notes, SAP)
- Advanced knowledge of English and Romanian (German would be an advantage)
- Driver’s license (B category)
- Problem solving and solutions finding oriented
- Communicative, objective
- Leadership abilities

- Methodical Leader in Plant for Improvement Projects
- Presents, facilitates and leads assigned process improvement events, using methods of culture-appropriate team building, team energizing, data gathering and analysis, problem solving, project management and state of the art presentation and platform skills
- Seeks and evaluates process improvement and Lean Enterprise information, materials, and methods to match specific organizational needs as outlined by management, and adapts them to use in the execution of process improvement events
- Identify and improve the outcomes of manufacturing and operational processes
- Improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction
- Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive cultural change
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, business and assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, and create documentation and standards for new projects
- Carry out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility
- Participate and leads internal Mock-up Cardboard workshops
- Participate at cross company and customer satisfaction activities/ processes
- Develop, lead and monitor KAIZEN activities/ process
