Developement engineer PPMI

Your responsibilities

Develop seatbelts components in CATIA V5 and implement them in serial life (technical approval);
Create concepts, prototypes and validate them;
Define testing plans and interpret results for product validation;
Define design improvements based on virtual simulation (FEA, Multibody analysis etc.);
Support serial activities;
Take part in FMEA definition and review;
Be part of problem solving team;
Define and implement global product strategies;
Collaborate within multicultural teams from Autoliv European and Global organization, Customers and Suppliers trough face-to-face and online meetings.

Your Profile
 
Technical University degree;
Mechanical design skills;
Manufacturing processes: stamping, molding injection, die casting, assembly etc.;
Tolerance study know-how;
Good knowledge in CATIA V5;
Fluent in English;
Team work orientated and self-responsible;
Good communication skills;
Proactive and well organized;
Details oriented.
