    Job Description

    We are looking for experienced IT professionals in IT support area for our location in Timisoara, Romania. The person must have IT technical background (minimum 3 year of experience), to be capable in offering remote IT 2nd and 3rd level support for our global clients, with the main responsibilities as follows:
    Manages the daily operations and activities of the operational units of their respective Tower and, if necessary, also across towers. This is done in accordance with the Top-of-Stack principle on the basis of the most significant services, including all that is necessary for the (E2E) service delivery, other services (e.g., hardware, network) subordinate to the primary service (e.g. SAP, database), which are provided, if necessary, by another Tower.
    The service responsibility begins with the takeover of services into regular operation. This is typically done by the handover of a service or a service component by the Order Management (Install/Modify), or from a project, according to predefined handover checklists, to TSM. The responsibility ends at the end of the service runtime (Cancel), namely the TSM stops the billing and forwards the service to be discontinued.
    The TSM can actively support various projects (primarily consultatively, secondarily partly cooperating) by knowing the service or customer-specific requirements, and is consulted with regard to the management process conditions required for the subsequent service delivery. The TSM is not involved in direct project work, but is informed thereupon as early as possible, so that a smooth transition can be ensured into the regular operation.

    Job Requirements

    The daily operational work of TSMs is primarily defined by the Service Management Center (SMC) and further defined and shaped by predetermined ITIL processes.
    · Education: Preferably technical university degree or a similar qualification;
    · Professional experience/knowledge in: infrastructure basics, IT service management know-how and with the following considered as an advantage: ticketing systems; ITIL knowledge;
    · Social Skills and competencies: team player and good time and organizing skills; open minded and flexible; attention to details;
    · Foreign Languages: English language; German language is a plus.
