    Requirements

    • Available to work on a determined period contract of one year (replacement of an employee on maternity leave), with high chances to extend its duration.
    • 2 - 3 years of experience in a recruitment role. Previous experience in a BPO company would be an advantage.
    • Bachelor degree, preferable in Psychology or Sociology.
    • Strong communication skills with a high degree of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
    • Adaptable to complex recruitment process with good sourcing capabilities.
    • Self-starter with the ability to recruit from entry level to senior and management positions.
    • Adaptable and open to other cultures, values, ways of thinking.
    • Excellent English skills (writing and speaking).
    • Passion for HR and strong personal values.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinates the entire recruitment and selection process for the company’s headquarter.
    • Explores new recruitment strategies, channels and solutions and implements recruiting best practices.
    • Works closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profiles and to understand the overall needs and requirements.
    • Screens applicants in face to face or phone interviews, according to the set profile.
    • Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on a regular basis, communicates early warnings and provides regular feedback on the progress of the recruitment process.
    • Manages posting of job vacancies on the best performing recruitment channels.
    • Monitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements.
    • Counsel staff and management on a variety of personnel recruitment related matters including: sensitive issues, personality conflicts and policy interpretation.
