General knowledge of email
Excellent communication skills
Excellent written and verbal English language
Ability to work both individually and in a team
Good decision maker
Ability to process large batches of emails

Daily Spam & Ham message analysis and classification
Monitor/analyze/process new Spam outbreaks
Proactive message training and correction of our internal corpus
Monitor new outbound spam campaigns
Verify reported / released ham/spam messages
Manage outbound delivery queue issues
Process external ARF reports
