    Requirements

     Proactive and self-motivated
     Fluent in English
     Excellent Excel capabilities –mandatory
     Experience with Sisence –advantage
     Experience working with analysis and reporting tools
     Open and able to complete varied tasks within tight deadlines
     Attention to detail and the ability to interpret and communicate information effectively
     Ability to design processes and policies that will be easily applied by all department within the company.
     At least 2 years of experience in a similar job (as a risk / fraud manager) – a must
     Experience in either payment provider or a merchant in the online field, e-commerce – a plus
     Good knowledge about how online payments work, major players, brands, etc.
     Full knowledge about card brands regulations and requirements
     In-depth knowledge of all stages of the charge-back cycle with Visa and MasterCard
     Strong analytical and organizational skills with a proven ability to provide sound assessments through research
     Proven track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships with third party providers

    Responsibilities

     Assists in the collection and consolidation of the required information and data for the purpose of monitoring and reducing risk
     Charge-backs and fraud prevention: monitor and analyze relevant reports and following the work flow
     Collaborates with other departments to direct risk issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution
     Create, support and maintain data models, reports and dashboards as well as find creative solutions for a variety of challenges facing our growing data requirements.
     Design and forward the requirements for the reports and dashboards on Sisense and Excel.
     Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing briefs to other departments regarding risk management
