Dies Department Coordinator


Main competences:

Graduate higher technical education
High technical knowledge
People management
Very good organization and planning skills
English Language - Medium to high
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Very good communication Skills
Multitasking

Main responsibilities:

Tasks planning and distribution inside the team
Establishes work priorities with the team members
Dies ordering, responsible for permanent feedback to Planning Department, dies tests monitoring, contact with Quality department
Responsible for Purchase requests corresponding to Department’s needs
ERP reporting
Permanent collaboration with Maintenance Department
Preparation of technical documentation along with the Extrusion Specialist
Projects optimization through organizational and / or technical improvements that allow reducing costs, improving manufacturing technologies and operational performance products;
Team coordination and people distribution on shifts
Collaboration and communication with external suppliers.
