The candidate we are looking for is expected to have minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar position.

• Coordinates Technical Department composed by 2 Process Engineers, 1 Product Engineer, 1 OM Drawer and 1 IT Engineer
• Responsible for the achievement of the Department’s KPI’s
• Technical Department’s budget responsible (conceivind and monitoring budget execution)
• Coordinates the creation of norming recipes and of technological sheets for Vimetco Extrusion
• Coordinates drawings conceiving for profiles and products, the design activities and the development of new products
• Defines the theoretical process parameters and permanently updates/improves them
• Coordinates the processes and equipments’ continuous improvement
• Ensures the technical support for Marketing Department (drawings, improvement proposals, costs estimation, technical interface with the client)
• Manages the concept of Launch Management
• Manages the relationship with suppliers for additional services: conceives quality standards together with Quality Department, defines delivery terms together with Purchasing & Logistics Department
• Coordinates the FMEA process
