    Job description  

    In this position, you will be in charge with several tools under Excel and Access, most of them macros-enabled. Therefore, you need to understand a programming language (VBA is preferred) in order to maintain, adapt or upgrade the tools according to the users’ demands. You will have to create new tools as well, so you should have a very good communication with the main users and a whole understanding of the process to be automatized.
    In addition to these tasks, you will create reports or key performance indicators, manage accesses to different tools, write mails and minutes of meetings and many others.
    And last, but not least, you will be part of a team and you should act like a good team member.

    Responsibilities:
    Contributes to the improvement of different activities in the After-Sales Engineering field by creating specific tools.
    • In charge to develop, maintain, debug the specific tools;
    • Identifies the delays and the necessary resources;
    • Respects the plan and delays expressed in the technical specification;
    • Offers assistance to the users;
    • In charge with the quality and the production delays of different indicators and statistics;
    • Provide back-up when necessary for other activities existing in the team.

     Candidate profile

    • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL;
    • Programming skills (knowledge of VBA is preferred);
    • Experience in working with databases;
    • Good level of French and English;
    • Analytical and organized mind, positive thinking, attention to details;
    • Good communication skills (verbal and written), customer oriented attitude;
    • Good team member.
