Responsible Synthese DEA-S

Job description
 
This job is part of engineering support activity, for our client Engineerg Corporate/ DEA-S (Dir. Engineering Alliance – Systèmes).

The person in charge of this project:

• Will implement the ressources strategy established by the Corporate Workload-Workforce-Skills project manager (breakdown by Renault own ressources, International ressources (RTx), subcontractors, work package)

• Will implement the skills strategy established by the Corporate Workload-Workforce-Skills project manager

• Will be in charge of the consistency between the different ressources working for a specific project of vehicle platform

• Will do the synthesis of monthly activity (Actual versus Budget), using specific tools (SDA = Activity Report)

• Will take part to STIM construction (STIM = Standard workload by activity) and analyse the gap between forecast and actual

• Will do the Engineering Entry Ticket, together with engineering specialists

• Will be responsible of charging the Entry Ticket in specific tools, like GPS (GPS= Global Planning Systems)

• Will do some GPS synthesis (monthly reports, workload plan for budget and forecast)

• Will be responsible of charging “Shuttle File” (engineering synthesis containing workload information for projects (FTE / year / project / RTx), prototype cost)

 
Candidate profile
   
Linguistic skills: advanced level of English and French;

Good knowledge of MS Office PC (especially Excel);

Ability to learn easy and work with new IT tools/systems;

Knowledge of the engineering processes is an advantage ;

Basic economic knowledge is an advantage;

A responsible attitude and ambition in achieving the job mission;

Customer oriented attitude, reactivity and accuracy;

Good communication skills;

Build professional relationships with clients, management and team members;

Working in contact with international clients and co-workers;

Attention to details;

Structured thinking, spirit of analysis and synthesis Initiative and autonomy;
