Business Intelligence Delivery Manager

University degree (preferably in IT)
5 years + experience in a business intelligence role
Excellent knowledge of SSIS , SQL Server, T- Sql
Very good knowledge of Business Object particularly Designer module
Knowledge of the BO administration would be a plus
Knowledge of C # would be a plus
Knowledge of the call center business and telephony systems ( Avaya ) would be a plus
English AND French proficiency

Expert in your field, you will accompany your team in the implementation of BI solutions. As such, you are responsible for the quality of deliverables, the proper application of development standards and compliance with deadlines.
You will manage the BI development team and be in charge with their professional growth.
You will help us in identifying improvement areas in order to offer a service of higher quality.
You will work with our Business department and/or our clients.
You will guarantee the operational maintenance of BI systems.
