Requirements
At least 1 year experience in a similar role
University Degree (preferably Business Administration or similar)
Fluent English written and spoken
Spoken German is a strong plus
Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint)
Project business basics and project planning ability
Ability to analyze and present information
Basic SAP user experience
Technology savvy in Open Systems area

Integral part of the end to end customer relation
Support customer in ordering IT Infrastructure Services
Gathering data about project progress and producing reports
Generation of status updates and prepare project management presentations
Evaluate and document the progress and results of the projects
Track evidence of work documentations regarding resources
Challenge and track delivery units and provider
Organize installation and delivery workshops
On time delivery of project results
Support monthly reviews by preparing presentations and ad-hoc analysis
