    - Control of other languages besides English and Romanian - advantage.


    Serves customers by providing product and service information - inbound via e-mail and chat
    Resolving product and service problems - inbound via e-mail and chat
    Establish a good working relationship with customers and related departments, i.e. Account Managing Team and Sales
