Qualifications - Education and Experience Required

First level university degree or equivalent experience
Typically 2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function

Knowledge and Skills Required

Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues.
Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope.
Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.

Strong Program Management Skills, incorporating multiple projects
Mastery in English and local language.

Working as part of the Regional Supply Chain located across Europe
Support a complex supply chain category; including data and industry analysis; reports results to business leaders within Supply Chain and external stakeholders.
Support Hewlett Packard Enterprise company procurement strategies, policies and tactics required to achieve objectives. Primary objective is to reduce the cost of supply and meet demand requirements, business and quality specifications, and revenue goals.
Working with the ES Supply Chain Governance Lead to facilitate the ES SourceCon Governance Process.
Producing excel reports for governance reviews and adhoc excel reports / analytics as required by Supply Chain Team
Attend relevant meetings in relation to the ES Supply Chain processes and tools
Develop relationships with relevant supply chain, delivery and account contacts
Become proficient with the tools and processes required for the end to end procurement of 3rd party labour; aim to act as POC for queries and escalations
Report and pass escalations to the ES Supply Change Governance Lead
