    Our client is a Fortune 100 company that invents and manufactures technologies to address tough challenges linked to global macro trends such as safety, security and energy.

    Requirements:

    -Very good knowledge of English and German (C1 level at least)
    -Minimum High school with Technical degree/ Preferable technical (electronics) bachelor´s degree;
    -In depth technical understanding (electrical, PC, internet, video/photo) of the supported products, their functions and practical purposes;
    -Ability to communicate at a technical level;
    -High analytical skills, problem solving attitude;
    -Very good communication skills;
    -Very good interpersonal relationships skills;
    -Negotiation, professional attitude, patience.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    -You will have access to a technical laboratory in order to test customers' issues;
    -You will provide after sales technical support to customers (technical engineers ) from UK and Germany, Austria and Switzerland;
    -Technical troubleshooting and providing assistance by phone or email on using or configuring Intruder, Access Control, CCTV and Networking products;
