• Excellent Excel capabilities –mandatory
• Fluent in English (knowledge of other foreign languages - an advantage)
• Experience with Optimove and Silverpop –an advantage
• Knowledge and experience with databases
• Experience in working within a marketing/business intelligence environment and E-mail marketing in particular.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
• Strong attention to detail; good follow-through skills
• Team player, self-starter, independent thinker who has an innovative approach to problem solving

• Customer behavior analysis for internal marketing campaigns
• Definition of trigger points in the customer lifecycle
• Build segmentation models
• Proactively monitor email metrics (opens, click-through, deliverability, unsubscribes, conversions, etc.) and provide analysis of marketing campaigns and recommendations for enhancing effectiveness
• Create and maintain email reporting dashboards and custom reports based on target KPIs and benchmarks analyzing campaign performance in order to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to our email program
