Mandatory qualifications, experience & skills:

- University degree (studies in financial and accounting field)
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel)
- German skills – A2/B1, English – B1
- Willingness to improve German language skills
- Careful and structured performance
- Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines
- Ability to work in a team, but also in own responsibility

Optional qualifications, experience & skills:

- Good knowledge in SAP: Module SD and FI
- Basic knowledge about tax
- Several years of experience in accounting and SAP

- Receiving orders via Workflow/ticket system
- Checking completeness and correctness of documents
- Defining customer number, order type, order reason
- Checking correctness of taxes
- Preparing and creating sales orders in SAP-SD
- Creating invoices in SAP-SD
- Archiving documents in SAP-SD
- Writing of documentations
- Communication with internal customer and accounts receivables team
