Technical knowledge:

ï‚· University degree (preferred studies in financial and accounting field)
ï‚· General knowledge of financial processes
ï‚· Fluent in spoken and written English
ï‚· German is a plus

IT – knowledge:

ï‚· General knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
ï‚· Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Experience:
ï‚· 2 years of experience auditing, process controls or accounting

ï‚· Understand the overall structure of Bosch as worldwide organization
ï‚· Understand the overall process of Mitigating controls conduction
ï‚· Implementation of Mitigating Controls according to process CD and local work instructions for all relevant departments
ï‚· Conducting Mitigating Controls
ï‚· Documenting implemented and conducted controls
ï‚· Reporting errors to process manager and initiate a correction
ï‚· Design, implementation and conduction of additional controls together with concerned process managers (AP, AR, GL, IC)
ï‚· Report/track of all conducted and non-conducted mitigating controls in financial department
ï‚· Quality check of audit documentation archived in portal room, shared drives
ï‚· To the holder of this position other tasks and activities related to the current job can be assigned by the department manager or assistant department manager.
