 Certified SAP Finance or Controlling
 1-2 years experience of configuring SAP in the FI CO Modules – in order to understand GL, AP and AR settings and reports
 Willing to perform support function – support users on a day to day basis
 Good level of English required, German is a bonus

 Managing incoming tickets, addressing as many as possible but escalating any that you cannot resolve
 Handling and assigning non Finance tickets to appropriate team members in IT
 Monitoring tickets and ensuring reaction and closure within defined service level agreements
