Junior Advisor - Sustainalytics

POSITION PURPOSE
• Our Junior Advisor supports the Advisory Services team to provide a high level of service quality to its clients, through the development and delivery of responsible investment and corporate sustainability products and services. The position will be in the Portfolio Analysis team, a sub-team of Advisory Services that is mainly responsible for the preparation of deliverables. For example, portfolio screenings that provide insights to our clients on which companies meet their responsible investment criteria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the preparation and timely delivery of high quality recurring deliverables, both off-the-shelf and customized deliverables for clients;
• Contribute to the development of new custom screening deliverables or sample reports in close collaboration with account managers and the Institutional Relations team;
• Contribute to the development of and safe-guard the internal quality assurance process;
• Support the development of new work flows that enable the Portfolio Analysis team to take responsibility for all customized deliverables globally.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Undergraduate degree in related discipline (business, finance, sustainability);
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry and SRI/RI market;
• Demonstrated passion for sustainability;
• Strong research and analytical skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and English writing skills; 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; 
• Good understanding of data management and/or excel;
• Meticulousness and attentiveness to detail;
• Flexibility and adaptability.
