IT Service Desk (with English) - DRÄXLMAIER România

Your tasks

• Supervision of technical requests from our users in English (and German);
• Recording and independent handling of requests and incidents as "single point of contact" for the user;
• Classification, prioritization of incidents in the ticketing system (incoming telephone/ email/ fax); offering solutions for users on the phone or forwarding issues to expert groups;
• Telephone processing and solving of first-level/standard Incidents, possibly via remote connection on the clients PC;
• Working in two shifts (07: 00- 15:00/ 12: 00-20: 00); 40 hours per week;

Your profile

• Good knowledge of Microsoft products;
• Previous experience with a ticketing system is a plus;
• You should enjoy working in a team, be resistant to stress and have joy in dealing with customers;
• Very good English (written and spoken); also willing to learn German;
• Independent, analytical and structured way of working;
• Good communication skills, friendly appearance;
• Organizational skills and teamwork.
