Backoffice Junior Reporting Support - DRÄXLMAIER România

Principle activities

 - Process new creations of master data and/or modifications (e.g. process PBDA lists, FES lists etc.)
 - Create evaluations, statistics and reports (e.g. in the type of Headcount-Reporting, IT Orga, IT Cost Management, etc.)
 - Administrate and review commercial documents (e.g. changes of presentations etc.)
 - Conduct data inspections and/or checks (e.g. checking of HC-Data regarding correctness, completion, etc.) and/or manage the Headcount status(e.g. exceeding of the Headcount plan, etc.) and maintain in the corresponding IT systems (e.g. modify the data in the template for Headcount Reporting, etc.)
 - Create logistic/ commercial documents (e.g. requests for Orga-Changes, scrappings etc.) and organise the related internal processes
 - Check appointments and, if applicable, send reminders with respect to order confirmations/ due dates (e.g. check the appointments for open items lists etc.)
 - Act as contact for the accounted sub area (e.g. Headcount data etc.) and clarify issues with internal specialist departments
 - Create/ determine, review and release data for further processing (e.g. correct position plan usage, closing of position plans, etc.)

Job requirements
   
- Very good knowledge of Excel including Pivot
- Good knowledge in SAP reports, especially on cost centers, asset management, supplier, BDAs
- Willingness to deal with huge data and affinity for calculation and figures
- Willingness to learn
