Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tele-Sales Representative with excellent English speaking and writing skills, that’s motivated to succeed! Your job is to initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for making appointments to a diversified range of Business prospects
• Ability to initiate 50-75 outbound calls daily
• Uncover opportunities that may develop into a solid sales engagement for our enterprise sales team
• Ability to follow a script and properly articulate “Value Add” and “ROI” benefit to C level and other senior management prospects
• The primary responsibility of this position is to introduce IT Vizion to prospective customers that may be looking to improve their systems, network and applications near our US offices
• Focus of the conversations should be to establish a face-to-face meeting for Presales Engineers and/or Sales Managers, within a specific region
• You will maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM
• You will always act in an ethical and professional manner when dealing with customers, vendors, partners, and fellow team members
IT Vizion Sellable Services to the SMBs
• You will primarily sell IT Vizion professional services (Helpdesk, Software Development, QA Services), application/database/IT managed services and hosted environments (AWS)
• You can additionally sell IT products, such as online backup/disaster recovery, servers, software, desktops/laptops/mobile, networking equipment, imaging and printing equipment, surveillance, and storage solutions
Competencies (required skills, experience and knowledge)
• Lead Generation and Sales Development experience working within an IT sales environment
• Strong willingness to initiate, establish and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone under your own initiative
• Demonstrate the ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas while building strong client relationships
• Excellent written, verbal and client communication skills
• High-energy self-starter who can quickly engage others and who is able to work effectively as an individual contributor and with a team
• A positive ‘Can Do’ attitude is a must and the willingness to ‘WIN’ and do your best everyday is required
