    - Available to occasionally work on night shifts and weekends

    - Dealing with inquiries or requests by phone, email or live chat
    - Handling concerns from customers based in Australia, Canada and Europe
    - Promote the company’s image through commitment and professional demeanor
    - Respond to customer needs and concerns
    - Review and update customer accounts
    - Determine charges and oversee payments
