    The Global Procurement Analyst’s role is to act as point of contact to our suppliers and to manage the procurement and purchasing strategy. This position will imply handling requests from the management team and putting in place an efficient long-term strategy for the investments done by the company. 
     

    Your main tasks will be to:

    • Support the General Manager in developing and managing the procurement strategy for both local office and globally;
    • Review of finance and supplier reports – analysis of vendor costs and quality;
    • Gather, compile and analyze data for all offices to have an accurate overview of the current costs of outsourced services and identification of potential saving (for IT licenses and software, market research and translation services);
    • Analyze and research the market to identify the appropriate suppliers (both existing and potential suppliers) based on office needs, costs, quality delivery dates and saving plans;
    • Communicate and manage a close relation with both management team and vendors;
    • Manage contract negotiations based on the budget plan ensuring that the necessary quality of the services is achieved at the most competitive price of the market;
    • Verify and resolve supplier problems in terms of compliance, quality, costs and deadline in a timely manner and apply proactive measures to achieve the best results.
     

    Your abilities need to be:

    • University studies preferably with a focus on business or economics fields;
    • Experience in Procurement processes and strategy;
    • Procurement experience in the IT sector/Services is a great advantage;
    • Great communication and negotiation skills;
    • Good time management and organizational skills;
    • Fluency in English language (both written and verbal);
    • Exceptional analytical skills and assertiveness;
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office package tools;
    • Ability to work independently and pro-activity is highly valued;
    • Market research knowledge or experience is considered a plus.
