Experience and requirements

1. Technical skills & Education:

- at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position; she/he has worked in a corporate environment in
similar roles;
- Knowledge of SAP System is a plus;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite;
- University graduate in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration or related area; master degree in related field as a plus.

2. Soft skills:

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure;
- Strong Customer orientation;
- Team player and strong communicator.

We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated, pro-active and structured team player, result and quality oriented person, who could join our Contract Monitoring Team, located primarily in Timisoara in order to drive and to manage Customer Contract(s) for services provided out of Managed Services line.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction;
- Ensure Account growth;
- Contract Management;
- Risk Management processes implementation on scope;
- Commercial Management.
