Do you have what it takes?
- At least 3 years recruitment experience
- Excellent people skills, good negotiator
- Ability to retain and motivate candidates
- Ability to learn fast and understand job specifications across multiple departments
- Good PC skills (MS Office, reporting tools, ERP)
- Fast learner
- Problem-solver
- Analytical thinker
- Good English speaker
- Driver's license and availability to travel around the country on occasions
- Analytical skills, and data analysis experience
- Proactive attitude
- Excellence written and oral communication skills
- Fast understanding of companies profile and needs, and solid knowledge on recruiting tools, recruiting resources, ability to generate a continuous pipeline of candidates, external trends and tools

What is your mission?
- Understand company organization and hierarchy, departmental positions and functional planning
- Create and maintain the list of open positions in the company
- Collaborate with external service providers for head-hunting
- Copy-write employment ads (just like this one!)
- Understand the workforce market dynamics throughout the country
- Consult with Department Heads on new positions being created and strategies deployed
- Manage the recruitment process for each position, end-to-end
- Motivate potential candidates by capturing their attention and understanding their needs
- Manage database of potential candidates
- Report to HR Manager
