Do you have what it takes?
- At least 5 years marketing experience.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- People management and marketing managment experience.
- Experience with managing budgets and strategies
- Out-of-the box thinking
- Good understanding of online marketing
- Experience with managing agencies and media
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office, online applications, reporting tools, ERP)
- Excellent written and spoken English

What is your mission?
- Draft, propose and finalize marketing plans for the whole country
- Calculate, propose and manage the complete marketing budget
- Coordinate the marketing team, ensuring both functional, strategic and people management
- Coordination of the implementation of the marketing plan
- Coordination of the relationship with media and advertising agencies
- Interlock with the Sales Management
- Interlock with and reporting to General Manager Romania
- Interlock with and reporting to the Management Financial Group
- Coordinate public relations and company CSR
