    Requirements

    Technical skills:
    - 3+ years’ proven experience as a Recruiter (preferably in the IT industry)
    - University Degree
    - Technical background will be considered a plus
    - Very good understanding of recruitment processes

    Soft skills:
     Very good in verbal and written English;
     You work independently and deliver reliable results
     You are able to efficiently handle multiple recruitment projects
     You are assertive and speak openly
     You have very good communication and presentation skills
     Enthusiasm
     MS Office

    Responsibilities

    - Sourcing and pre-screening potential candidates for all job openings
    - Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals
    - Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process
    - Attend to local and regional recruiting events
    - Manage the effectiveness of all recruiting methods while continuing to adapt to the changing labor market.
    - Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
    - Actively participating in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects
