Required experience, skills, education and attributes:

• University degree in Telecommunication or Information Technology
• Good knowledge in mobile communications and RF field
• Proven experience in remote operations (configuration, integration, acceptance support)
• Several years of experience in customer service and / or the verification of systems, primarily within the telecommunications industry
• Strong understanding of customer service and if possible in the mobile network operator environment
• Knowledge of measurement tools (e.g. TEMs, NEM, Site Master…)
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical relationships convincing and conclusive
• Strong problem solving skills and analytical thinking
• Ability to work under stressful situations, meet tight deadlines and deliver services with high quality
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Fluent in English, spoken and written

Job Description and responsibilities:

• Technical support for customers and partners for active and passive antennas, filters, combiners products portfolio of Kathrein
• Responsible for tracking and resolution of faults and escalation to R&D
• Perception of an interface function to external service providers and internal development departments
• Cooperates with involved departments in order to eliminate the problems found in service orders
• Support the first-level support, product management and testing of new products
• Creation of service information
• Logging the performed activities in specifically ticketing tools
• Performance monitoring and QoS analysis
• Reports the result of tests, in order to maintain tracking of performed procedures.
• Offers trainings to the new personal within Operation and Maintenance Division in order to assure a good level of technical knowledge.
• Reports to superior remarkable events appeared at working place or environment in order to have effective escalation procedures.
• Offers support for configuration, test and acceptance of the equipment/applications in order to assure a proper deployment for services/equipment.
