    Requirements

    Required experience, skills, education and attributes:

    • Bachelor-/Master-Studies in sciences (minimum studies of 6 semesters) or similar degree with demonstrable relevant work experience
    • Min 4 years of experience in the areas of Network-Infrastructure, Mobile communication and HF-Components
    • Experience in conducting trainings
    • Excellent teaching skills, strong communication skills, team spirit and understanding of service processes
    • Independent, structured way of working and organizational skills
    • Developing and delivering training materials via WebEx and in-classroom
    • Strong technical proficiency and the ability to learn complex systems quickly
    • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage many projects simultaneously
    • Fluent English verbal and in writing
    • German verbal and in writing could be an advantage

    Responsibilities

    Job Description and responsibilities:


    • Creation of training and certification documents
    • Execution of international customer, partner and internal employees trainings (face to face training, virtual classroom training) for products/systems and services
    • Planning and organization of training environment
    • Planning, alignment and organization of customer trainings
    • Creation of training concepts and training flows
    • Provide guidance and training delivery expertise to internal and external teams on classroom and online classes
    • Deliver a variety of different training modules to existing field in a organization
    • Provides summary reports of all training delivered, tracking performance to metrics
    • Works with local and abroad teams to perform learning needs analysis to support training curriculum for online and classroom based learning

    • Work with other teams to coordinate training activities and process contingencies
    • Coaches technical teams, individuals and facilitates the upskilling of managers to coach and consolidate learning on an ongoing basis.
    • Performs other training and enablement duties as assigned.

    Other info

    Mobility (international projects) travel around 30% of the working time
