    Requirements

    - University degree in psychology, business administrations or comparable
    - Fluency in English, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
    - Excellent Microsoft Office skills (esp. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

    Skills
    - Previous experience in Recruitment with focus on Research, Active Sourcing and Headhunting techniques
    - Ideally previous experience in a corporate environment or Recruitment Agency
    - Customer focused attitude with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and organizational skills
    - Self-starter, quick learner mentality and team player spirit

    Responsibilities

    Job role
    As part of the Active Sourcing team that acts as an internal head-hunting agency for the Allianz Operating Entities, you will handle end to end recruitment processes with a focus on direct search of best talent for the assigned roles.

    Responsibilities
    - Participates in customer briefing meetings as kick start point in the Active Sourcing Projects (clarify key points of desired profile, timeframe and process steps)
    - Identifies target companies in the required area of expertise and elaborates a company long list
    - Identifies suitable candidates in the target companies, according to the desired profile
    - Uses head-hunting and direct search techniques (research, networking) in order to track suitable candidates
    - Uses various online tools and data bases in the search and selection process
    - Prepares the candidate long list and presents the report to the customer for validation or profile calibration
    - Conducts phone interviews, prepares the interview report and presents it to the customer
    - Keeps all the necessary correspondence with the selected candidates (feed-back,
    rejection letters, etc.)
    - Reporting and maintaining client communication
    - Involved in promoting the service to clients locally and/or at on-site Allianz OEs
    - Ad-hoc occasional involvement in various tasks within the Department for local staffing or SAP Administration team
