    Cerinte

    • Educated to degree level – Economics, Finance may be considered an advantage;
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position; previous good experience in budgeting and forecasting may be considered an advantage;
    • Compensation and benefits minimum knowledge;
    • Knowledge of Excel at an experienced level;
    • Strong abilities in data analyses and interpretation;
    • Very good organizational skills;
    • Strong capacity to summarize interpreted data and good presentation skills;
    • Details orientation and capacity for managing several projects in the same time;
    • Good ability to work with tight deadlines;
    • Strong English skills.

    Responsabilitati

    • You are responsible with annual budget and forecast – analyses and tracking of the HR related expenses and updates, continuously optimizing the budgeting models;
    • Monitor the approved annual HR budget;
    • Prepare various monthly/quarterly/yearly headcount, staff costs and HR reports, as required by local Management and Head Office and in line with the Group policies and guidelines;
    • Work closely with other departments for bonus schemes design, analyses and cost impact, offering support to the stakeholders for improving and implementation of the bonus schemes;
    • You will be accountable to prepare ad-hoc reports required by local Management and Head Office, monitor HR reports and tracking of HR related KPI according to business requirements and priorities;
    • Ensure standardization of HR reporting and tracking, according to HR and business requirements
    Monthly monitors headcount and positions management data (existing, replacements, organizational changes, new positions, leasing employees, other specific requirements);
    • Using compensation and benefits knowledge you will do analyses for market trends from benefits and salary perspective, perform salary analyses and prepare job offers;
    • Apply job grading methodology to assess the jobs and ensure internal and external equity;
    • You will support and sustain company’s transformation process from budgeting, headcount and cost perspective;
    • You are responsible with bonus and commission policies and procedures in order to be in line with company standards and objectives.
