Qualifications:
• Degree educated
Skills:
• Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to draw conclusions based on multivariate analysis, using large databases
• Creativity in finding new solutions and self-reliance in action
• Have an excellent attention to detail, with an ability to grasp complex issues
• Have innovative and creative approach to problem-solving
• Good presentation skills
Knowledge:
• Understanding of the financial fraud environment
• Knowledge and practical experience of the tools available to support the management of data analysis
• Knowledge of methods and statistical tools
Experience:
• Experience gained within a financial services environment or working within a compliance environment
Other:
• Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
• High level of computer literacy (including advanced Excel, at least basic VBA and/ or SQL)
• This role requires occasional business travel – both domestically and internationally - and therefore the ability to travel internationally is a requirement of the role

• You will produce and distribute management information to support business understanding of latest trends in incidents at market, group and industry level
• You will carry out timely and pro-active analysis and regular ad hoc reporting to identify, understand and explain cases for referral to the operational teams and other relevant parties for investigation
• You will present reports and analysis to the leadership and wider loss prevention team
• You will interpret and take every opportunity to make recommendations to improve business performance based on analysis undertaken
• You will monitor, evaluate, analyze and leverage a range of statistical data and written information in order to recommend, review and implement decisions that have a positive impact on the activities of the Loss Prevention team
• You will co-operate with the UK parent company and other markets in respect of developing the Loss Prevention function
• You will support the delivery of projects to deliver loss prevention control into the business
• You will assist in the analysis and measurement of the effectiveness of loss prevention models through regular analysis and monitoring of loss profiling
• You will assist in the development of methodologies for forecasting potential fraud losses
