You finished university and you have at least a Bachelor's degree in IT, mathematics, economics or other relevant qualification.
You are highly analytical and have excellent data manipulation skills. You also have strong data interpretation skills, you are able to extract key details from a vast volume of data and highlight insights, gaps, opportunities and recommendations.
You have some previous experience with data analysis, reporting, data manipulation (even better if you have worked or have knowledge of SAP and any BI software).
You are advanced in Excel and you also have SQL skills.
You are also adept at putting the data into user relevant form and presentation to facilitate decision making on the part of the stakeholders.
You are able to communicate technical data to non-technical staff and are comfortable with working with specifications from business intelligence user groups.
You like to see the big picture and to understand how things work together.
You need to feel challenged and learn new things all the time and will always look for ways to improve your work and your knowledge.

You might have acquired these skills from previous work experience, from school projects, from personal projects. We shall test those skills once we meet. We shall provide on the job training, too.

We shall need you, together with us, your colleagues in the Business Analysis department to:
• Develop the reporting suite (for internal use and external clients) across the business, comprising of dashboards, parameterized and scheduled reporting
• ‘Bring data to life’ by delivering actionable insights into the performance across the business and to clearly communicate opportunities to key stakeholders
• Work closely with the IT teams to integrate data from internal databases, 3rd party systems and variety of other sources as a prerequisite for the creation of reporting, and to help with the reconciliation of data to ensure it is accurate, standardised and easily available
• Train multiple stakeholders to use the reporting and dashboards produced in an optimal manner
• Help to identify, assess, integrate and ensure the optimal use of new reporting and analytical tools to enhance the overall suite and insight into the business
We are currently working with SAP, Qlickview and we report to the group in English, so adequate knowledge of the language is also important.

Our headquarters are in Afumati, Ilfov, street. No. 1. We are provided transportation to work on the route Republica - Sos Fundeni- Sos Colentina- Afumati.
