    Cerinte

    SysAid Technologies is seeking to recruit an experienced Client Relations Manager (Sales) to join our growing Sales department. We are looking for Detailed Orientated, professional, passionate pro-active Client Relations Manager representative.

    Requirements:
    • Passionate about creating new customer relationships (you intuitively ask smart questions that let you identify potential new customers);
    • Self-disciplined (able to work from home if/as required);
    • Personable, with the ability to talk naturally with prospects;
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (fluency in English is required);
    • Pre-sales focused, ideally understanding and with experience of qualifying new opportunities and passing them along for sales closure activities (proven track record is extremely advantageous);
    • Ideally this person will be creative and proactively offer feedback on which marketing programs are working and those than can be adjusted for improvement;
    • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous;
    • Knowledge of IT or IT service management is extremely advantageous.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    · Calling prospects who have shown interest in SysAid; determining or enhancing the prospect's level of interest in the product and/or services;
    · Evaluating prospects against established criteria; routing prospects to the appropriate sales channel;
    · Developing and nurturing leads through regular communication, via phone and email; responding to inbound sales inquiries from prospective customers, and answering basic questions;
    · Working with team members to develop new ways of building potential business.
