Customer Logistics Specialist

Coca-Cola HBC Romania (part of the Coca-Cola Hellenic Group) is the biggest company in the non-alcoholic beverage industry in Romania, providing bottling, distribution, sales and operational marketing for Coca-Cola products.
 
Responsibilities:
Management:

• Takes and processes Key Account Orders which are sent to him centralized through EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
• Monitors EDI interface
• Monitors the recovery process for pallets/packages and represents CCHBC in communication with customers.
• Monitors and controls the activation process for selected customers
  Business/ Financial:
• Optimizes logistics cost by choosing the best delivery method for each customer (location, transportation type).
• Makes reports on support activities offered by Logistics department.
• Ensures Cost To Supply KBIs (Order Quantity, Plant Deliveries, On Shelf Availability)
  People development
• Actively pursues own development plan
• Contributes to growing capability in the Customer Logistics Team
  Leadership
• Identifies and analyses the reasons for losses on fill rate together with Planning and Key Account Customer Care, and creates and implements action plans to prevent.
  Relationships
• Is the contact point for KA Executive for logistics problems at store level.
• Participates in COBRA for KA Support Office, covering Logistics and KA results.
• Meets regularly with Customer Order & Shipping team.
• Harmonizes product portfolio with the Customer and maintains close connection with the Customerand Product Master Data teams.

• Needs to come with initiatives to streamline order process and make use of most recent technologies.
  Eligibility:
• University studies
• Experience in sales/distribution/planning of minimum 1 year
• Excel, Work and Powerpoint Knowledge – advanced level;
• SAP Knowledge is a plus
• Advanced English skill
