    • Strong Business Analysis & QA experience with technical exposure
    • Top notch organizational skills
    • At least 5 years of experience
    • Ability to read code (SQL/Java)
    • FIX knowledge, FpML Knowledge
    • Strong autonomy & proactivity
    • Ability to work with distributed teams
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
    • Understanding of systems engineering concepts

    • Execution/Clearing knowledge
    • Finance & brokerage
    • Programming language
    • Standard tools used in the industry (for example Sungard, Fidessa, Murex…)
    • Straight through processing automation within the brokerage industry

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities
    • Document existing business logic on our font to back office flow for global markets
    • Translate business requirement to IT team
    - UML diagrams
    - Functional & technical specifications writing
    - Definition of the mapping between exchanges/clients tools and internal systems
    - Define routing of messages between internal systems
    - Define tests scenarios for development team

    • Manage quality of the product:
    - Functional manual test cases from scratch with/without much product documentation
    - Preparation of automated test scripts for UI, functional and regression test cases
    - Creating reusable methods/functions for automation scripts
    - Writing new automated test scripts for new features and enhancements
    - Execution of Manual and Automated test cases with an emphasis on high risk deliverables/requirements
    - Defect logging in timely manner and tracking them till closure ensuring that any inadequacies in the product, the process or the standards are brought to attention early with suggested improvements
    - Preparing daily/weekly/monthly test summary reports including metrics related to test automation for all project stakeholders
    - Daily test co-ordination, participate and communicate openly in project related meetings with the analysts and development teams including in post-production defect review meetings
    - Conduct UAT/Pre-production testing and test hot fixes or critical patches.
    - Follow up functional testing with end users
