- you have experience in human resources (3 years);
- very good command of English language.
- very good communication skills ;
- proactive person with a strong will to develop and improve continuously;
- open minded person.

What we would like you to do:
- Build the business partner relationship with management and staff; develop a strong understanding of their business, their goals and challenges;
- Organize the recruitment activities in the company: relation with the recruitment agency, interviews, job offers, evaluate the recruitment need in the company, administrate the database with candidates, etc;
- Manage and resolve employee relations matters;
- Define and manage procedures for the human resources activities in the company;
- Maintain and improve employees satisfaction through different actions;
